Team Leader
Full-Time | 37.5 Hours Per Week | Monday–Friday | Office Based
Up to £32,000 depending on experience
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and people-focused Team Leader to join a growing, innovative business with a fantastic culture and a genuine focus on its people.

The Role
* Lead, support and develop a high-performing team
* Deliver regular coaching, mentoring and performance feedback
* Drive team performance and maintain high service standards
* Support training and ongoing development of team members
* Create a positive, inclusive and motivated team culture
* Identify improvements and support operational efficiencies
* Work collaboratively with management and wider teams to achieve business goals
About You
* Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience
* Strong people management and coaching skills
* Passionate about developing and supporting others
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive, solutions-focused and confident making decisions
* A natural motivator who leads by example
