Are you a dedicated and experienced care professional looking for a rewarding role in a respected residential care home in Poole? We are currently recruiting a Senior Care Assistant – Days to join a spacious and elegant care home on Sandbanks Road, Poole, Dorset.

The Role
As a Senior Care Assistant – Days, you will:
* Support residents with personal care needs while promoting dignity and independence
* Assist with daily living activities and encourage social engagement
* Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your experience and knowledge
* Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report any concerns
* Maintain accurate care documentation
* Promote a safe, welcoming, and homely environment
About You
* Previous care experience essential, with some experience in a senior or mentoring role preferred
* NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health & Social Care desirable
* Compassionate, patient, and reliable
* Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
* Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
