A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join a forward-thinking organisation committed to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance cases, appeals, probation reviews, performance management, and flexible working requests. They will work collaboratively with managers and stakeholders to ensure fair, timely, and effective resolutions that support both employees and the wider business.
As a trusted advisor, the Employee Relations Consultant will provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation, ensuring decisions are legally compliant and aligned with best practice. They will play an influential role in supporting leaders to handle people matters confidently and consistently.
This role would suit a proactive HR professional with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering balanced, people-centred outcomes.
