Stores Operative (SMT/Electronics)£30,000-£35,000 + Progression + Early Finish Friday + Career Development + Stable RoleHigh WycombeAre you a Stores Operative or similar from an electronics manufacturing background looking for a stable day-based role whilst having the opportunity to learn all about the back-end operations of this company which will enable you to progress into a sales or procurement role if you choose?This is a great opportunity to become part of a well-established Electronics Manufacturing Services provider recognised for its technical expertise and full turnkey manufacturing capabilities. The company is well structured, and they have the capability to facilitate employees through their entire career.In this role you will ensure the store is organised for production teams. You will prepare packaging and dispatch orders. Expect to be proactive and largely on your feet. You will play a crucial part in the continued success of a growing company and will be responsible for all stock for the Electronics departments.This role would suit a Stock Controller or similar with a background in the Electronics Manufacturing industry looking to join a stable company with the chance to progress into different sectors of the business.The Role:
* Plan and Coordinate stock for the Electronics department.
* Complete regular stock takes
* Investigate discrepancies using available reports
* Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
The Person:
* Background in a warehouse/stock management role
* Background in Electronics Manufacturing
* Working knowledge of stock control systems
* IT Literate
* Commutable to High Wycombe
