Overview As an experienced veterinary nurse in a Team Leader role, you will be critical to the provision and leadership of high standards of client and patient care, this will include strategic and operational leadership across the practice, direct and indirect line management responsibilities, and a nursing voice contributing to site level conversations. In this role you will be a key member of the nurse leadership team, working collaboratively with the Head of Nursing Services, Clinical leads, Hospital Director, Team Leaders and clinical teams to passionately deliver quality patient care, an unrivalled client experience through teamwork, clear communication and utilisation of your knowledge and skills. Approximately 80% of your role will be spent undertaking clinical duties, providing support to your clinical teams to deliver an excellent service to patients, to include partaking in the on-call rota as required. You will ensure that patients are managed effectively from a nursing perspective to support the financial health of the practice. You will provide direct line management to leadership roles and other allocated members of the nursing team.
