Job Description
We are seeking a confident, proactive, and client-focused HR Advisor to join a friendly, professional team supporting a range of organisations across multiple industries. This role offered on a hybrid basis with 3 days per week in the office.
The successful candidate will be fully or partly CIPD qualified with a strong HR generalist background and experience advising on employment law and best practice. You’ll enjoy building strong relationships with managers and senior leaders, adapting your advice to different organisational cultures, and providing tailored HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the first point of contact for client HR queries, providing advice on a wide range of employee relations matters.
2. Support clients with disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, and performance management processes.
3. Prepare and update contracts, policies, handbooks, and HR documentation in line with legislation and client needs.
4. Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll and right-to-work checks.
5. Contribute to HR projects such as salary benchmarking, employee engagement, performance management systems, and recruitment support.
