Civil Enforcement Officer needed in Harlow Paying £15.97 per hr ref 21671
Full time hours on a temporarybasis
Key Responsibilities
* Patrol and enforce parking regulations across designated areas to ensure safe, effective parking management.
* Issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) in line with legislation, procedures and traffic orders.
* Attend adjudication hearings or court as required to present evidence.
* Report defects such as damaged lines, signs or equipment to the Operations Manager promptly.
* Maintain all equipment in good working order, including handheld devices and uniforms.
* Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times, including relevant risk assessments.
* Read and respond to internal and external communications as needed.
* Support colleagues positively and uphold the organisation’s staff charter and values.
* Ensure full compliance with data protection policies to handle personal data safely and securely.
* Contribute to consistent and high-quality service delivery by following all corporate policies.
