Milk Education is working in partnership with a range of primary and secondary schools across Sunderland, South Tyneside, and Gateshead, and we are looking to recruit Qualified Teaching Assistants to join our growing team.

The Role:

1. Supporting pupils in the classroom under the direction of the class teacher

2. Working with individuals or small groups to support learning

3. Assisting pupils with additional needs where required

4. Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

5. A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or above)

6. Experience working in a school setting (desirable)

7. A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach

8. Strong communication and teamwork skills

9. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
