About The Role
* Ensure the care home is clean and well‑maintained, creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
* Handle maintenance tasks throughout the building, gardens and grounds, from fixing leaky taps to planting bulbs.
* Work independently, lead a team and support the General Manager with annual budget planning.
* Coordinate with contractors on tasks beyond the team's expertise.
About You
* Hands‑on property maintenance experience.
* At least one trade skill and proven ability to carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks.
* Reliable, flexible in working hours.
* Full UK driving licence, IT literacy and GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
* Commitment to residents' wellbeing and sensitive to their needs.
