Job Title: Administrative Support for Medical Education
A fantastic new apprenticeship has been created within the Medical Education team at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust (UHP).
Location and Department
Based within our Postgraduate Medical Centre, you will support the Foundation Training Programme, including onboarding, induction, education, and training for F1 and F2 resident doctors at UHP.
Candidate Preferences
Preference will be given to internal Trust staff, as well as those with ‘Priority’ and 'At Risk' status, including NHS at Risk staff throughout Devon, who can demonstrate recent relevant experience as per the Person Specification.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate weekly and regional teaching sessions, inductions, and recruitment activities.
2. Process recruitment correspondence and documentation, including sending paperwork and managing online DBS applications and Occupational Health information.
3. Follow up on outstanding documentation and create ESR assignments as needed.
