The Role:
As the Retail Store Manager, you will
1. Ensure profitability across the store
2. Deliver operational excellence to maximise product availability, minimise stock and cash loss across the store
3. Deliver exceptional standards and service
4. Identify and deliver improvements throughout the store
5. Create the right culture via excellent leadership skills
6. Give clear direction to your direct reports
7. Build a diverse and talented team which supports growth
8. Regularly review individual performance, celebrate successes and mange under performance
9. Ensure all processes and procedures are adhered to, in line with company process and policy
Requirements:
As the Retail Store Manager, you will have
10. At least 3 year's experience in a fast-paced Retail environment
11. Proven ability to lead a high performing management team
12. Substantial understanding and up to date knowledge of commercial, visual, operational and people processes and systems
13. Ability to use all available data and MI to identify commercial, visual, cost savings and customer opportunities to increase profit
14. Proven ability to plan and review weekly, monthly and quarterly timeframes
15. Ability to constantly deliver under pressure demonstrating high levels of resilience
16. Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to inspire others as well as have difficult conversations
