Job Description
Do you love sports or have a passion for excellent customer service? Do you enjoy building positive relationships? As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you will be a vital part of the Entain team, providing top customer service and maintaining high standards daily. In our lively Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, no two days are the same, and you'll contribute to a team that wins together and prioritizes our customers' needs.
Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will serve customers and foster rapport to encourage repeat business. Are you ready to launch a successful career?
What you will do
1. Deliver outstanding customer service.
2. Promote safer gambling practices.
3. Take bets on various sports and events.
4. Handle customer transactions, including cash handling.
5. Demonstrate products and betting terminals to customers.
6. Address customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
7. Work towards set targets and goals.
8. Maintain high shop standards.
9. Open or close the shop as needed.
Working patterns
Our shops operate from Monday to Sunday, 8 am - 10 pm, depending on the location, including weekends and bank holidays. Your weekly rota will typically be 20 hours, comprising a mix of long opening shifts (post-training), long closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts, varying weekly. As a key holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the shop. We believe in a healthy work-life balance and will provide your rota at least four weeks in advance.
Qualifications
* You must be 18 or older to work in our betting shops.
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
* Self-motivated and proactive.
* Comfortable working alone or as part of a team.
* Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
