This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Science teacher or current middle leader ready to take the next step within a supportive and ambitious schoolmunity.
The RoleAs Head of Science, you will lead a dedicated department, driving high standards of teaching and learning across KS3, KS4 and KS5. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering a broad and engaging Science curriculum, supporting staff development and ensuring excellent oues for all pupils.You will foster curiosity, critical thinking and a passion for Science, inspiring both students and staff within a collaborative environment.

The Ideal Candidate
7. Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
8. Has experience teaching Science across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
9. Demonstrates strong leadership or leadership potential
10. Has a passion for Science and the ability to inspire students of all abilities
11. Can drive high standards of teaching, learning and achievement
12. Shows excellent classroom management and a supportive teaching style
