You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and emergency support across client sites in line with contract requirements. Key Responsibilities * Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical building services. * Diagnose faults and repair lighting, plumbing, and distribution systems. * Maintain compliance with Health & Safety legislation and engineering standards. * Accurately document maintenance activities, inspections, and completed work. * Respond promptly to helpdesk requests, breakdowns, and emergencies. * Liaise with sub-contractors and ensure seamless service delivery. * Support project works and lifecycle replacements across the contract. * Attend client meetings and produce reports as required.
