Fine & Country has an immediate opening for an Associate to work in the upper quartile property market within the Newcastle or Northumberland areas.
What you do:
· Liaise with high-net-worth clients regarding their property sale
· Be responsible for your own lead generation by prospecting for new business
· Work closely with clients from the initial enquiry/contact, conduct market appraisals, viewings, negotiate offers and ensure the transaction runs
smoothly through to completion
· Maintain strong client relationships
· Provide exceptional service to the clients

· An experienced Agent, who has sold luxury homes across Northumberland or the Newcastle area

· You will provide the highest levels of customer service and have exceptional interpersonal skills providing a bespoke ‘wrap around’ service to clients
· You will believe in ongoing personal and professional development
