About You We are looking for a confident, self-motivated and professional individual to join our Food and Beverage team in to work in a variety of our outlets including our sports bar, residents lounge, fine dining restaurant and main hotel restaurant and bar in a variety of shifts including breakfast, lunch and dinner. this roles includes evenings and weeknds as well. m here at Aldwark Manor Estate. Main duties and purpose of the role: Ensure that our ood and beverage outlets are always well presented, a welcoming environment and set to the premium standard set by Aldwark Manor Estate. Maintain excellent standards of customer care at all times Promote specials and provide great knowledge on our food and drink offer Duties are to include creating drinks efficiently & quickly, cleaning & restocking the bar, maintaining brand standards. Contribute to new ideas in creating menus and improving service Liaising with restaurants, kitchen and reception Complete opening and closing duties, re-stock as required The above is a non exhaustive list of duties and you are expected to undertake any other duties as requested by your Manager.
