Our client is an established organisation looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their team based in central Leeds
This is a great opportunity for an individual with experience managing front of house reception duties.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30pm.
Salary of £26,000pa
The role:
* Meeting and greeting visitors to reception, offering a warm and professional welcome.
* Coordinating events.
* Maintaining the reception area.
* Setting up meeting rooms, ensuring catering and refreshments are presented to a high standard.
* Managing incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
* Completing all health and safety paperwork and procedures.
* Liaising with security and workplace staff for smooth operations.
* Receive training in fire marshal and first aid duties.
* Assisting with ad hoc tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
* Proven ability to deliver high quality customer service.
* Experience in a reception role, ideally within professional services.
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Strong communication skills.
* High level or proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Positive, proactive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
