What you’ll be doing (duties of this position)
* Sort, label, and file both paper and electronic documents
* Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of all records
* Assist with archiving and organizing physical file systems
* Help digitize and organize documents on shared drives
* Ensure all documentation is easily accessible and properly categorized
* Collaborate with the administrative team to meet daily filing goals
* Follow guidance from the Office Manager and support overall project success
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements)
* Comfortable working on-site in Birmingham (Pinson Valley area)
* Detail-oriented and highly organized with a focus on accuracy
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
* Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
* Experience with digitizing or organizing records (preferred but not required)
* Knowledge of cloud or shared file storage systems is a plus
