About The Role
Our in-store Style Advisors create a first-class shopping experience. They are natural promoters of customer service excellence, providing outstanding in-store experiences to encourage customer loyalty. Hardworking and dedicated, our Style Advisors focus on customers, actively listening to their needs and offering thoughtful product and styling options to enhance overall store performance.
As a Style Advisor, you will connect with customers with personality and pride, acting as a brand ambassador to promote our renowned customer experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will stay updated on the latest styles and lead service efforts in-store, making the customer experience exceptional. Your role will include identifying and advising on outfit building, whether for daywear, workwear, or wedding wear, and helping to achieve commercial goals by finding the best style solutions for our customers.
Key responsibilities and KPIs include:
* Greeting, assisting, and selling professionally and consultatively to build multiple sales, championing our high-quality premium products
* Creating an inspiring store environment aligned with the TFG vision to boost store performance, with a focus on visual merchandising principles
* Operating an electronic Point of Sale system, handling transactions accurately, and engaging customers for future opportunities
* Supporting daily store operations to promote our brand and products, establishing us as a dependable shopping destination
About You
We will provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed. You should be reliable, motivated, and flexible to work on a rota basis, managing shifting priorities. Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service are essential, along with sharing your product knowledge and styling expertise. Customer-centric and prideful in your work, you will focus on adding value and maximizing every commercial opportunity in-store.
