About the pub
The Willow Tree, Brynmawr is a spacious, family-focussed pub in a busy lakeside retail park — featuring a large bar, dining area and beer garden with a children’s play area. Trading at around £20k per week with 60% food sales, it’s a brilliant opportunity for an experienced hospitality or retail food leader (or operator couple) to grow the business further — especially wet sales through community events, activity and local engagement.
Management accommodation is available in the form of 3 bedroom accommodation.
