About The Role
Node4 Service Desk is an exciting and ambitious workplace that continues to grow and expand into new markets with our varied NODE4 products, services and new solutions.
Our IT Service Desk is the first point of contact for our thriving range of products and customers. The Service Desk Team strives for excellence by providing technical support, including installation, troubleshooting, ticket logging and resolution where possible. We are on hand to ensure our customers receive the best possible care and that products and systems are performing.
Overall, our service desk analysts are the focal point of our managed services team providing first‑class support to our customers, ensuring they are leveraging the benefits of their technology investment.
Shift work pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off, with shifts running from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Security Clearance
You must be eligible to obtain SC Clearance, which requires having resided in the UK continuously for the past 5 years.

Essential Criteria
* Experience working in a Service Desk / ISP environment.
* Demonstrable experience working with MS O365.
* Knowledge of the ITIL ServiceDesk environment.
* Knowledge of working within technical environments.
* Willingness to work on a night shift rota.
