What Youll Be Doing
* Manual turning, CNC machining and producing precision-engineered parts
* Working from technical drawings to manufacture components accurately
* Assembling, inspecting and finishing work to high quality standards
* Maintaining machines and supporting wider workshop tasks
* Collaborating closely with colleagues to meet production schedules
What Were Looking For
* Excellent manual turning experience (essential)
* Solid CNC machining background
* At least 3 years workshop machining experience
* Strong communication skills and a genuine team-first attitude
* Confident managing time, quality and safety standards
* Microsoft Office proficiency
* Willing to work overtime when required
