Responsibilities
* Consulting Project Content Development: Draft and produce high‑visibility materials such as slide decks for senior management and client reports for senior colleague review.
* Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, collate, and analyse data using prescribed tools and formats, working independently.
* Improvement & Innovation: Identify deficiencies in existing processes, systems and procedures, and implement change‑management initiatives to address them.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities by arranging meetings, events and supporting materials to build understanding and commitment.
* Document Management: Create and maintain a company‑wide document management system, ensuring compliance.
* Operations Management: Provide operational support and, when required, act as first‑line supervisor of transactional operations, following established protocols.
* Work Scheduling & Allocation: Allocate short‑term work schedules to subordinates to meet expectations and timelines.
* Personal Capability Building: Participate in development activities, formal and informal training and coaching, pursue relevant external accreditation, and stay updated on technology, regulation and industry best practices.
* Operational Compliance: Detect non‑compliance with organisational policies or regulatory codes, report and escalated issues appropriately.
* Project Management: Execute tasks within an established project management plan to achieve specific goals.
* Client & Customer Management (External): Assist senior colleagues in managing client and customer relationships using relevant sales or client systems.
Qualifications
* Landscape Architect with a degree in landscape architecture, including master planning, detailed design, and delivery experience.
* Background in landscape, urban design or environmental consultancy (preferred).
* Proficiency in design and graphics packages including hand drawing, sketching, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Position based in Newcastle upon Tyne or Leeds offices (hybrid working).
