Our client is a global facilities management and building services organisation who are looking to expand their already existing UK workforce of 8000+. Due to continued success within a major blue-chip contract, they are now recruiting for a Fabric Technician, who are skilled in carpentry maintenance covering sites throughout the York area.
JOB PURPOSE
The successful candidate will be required to carry out a multi-site role offering building fabric maintenance services across a range of disciplines aimed at keeping services and costs in-house. The work includes a mix of PPM and reactive building fabric works internally and externally to include Building, Fabric, Painting & Decorating, Plumbing & Drainage, Joinery and Planned Maintenance.
JOB SPECIFICATION
You must have experience of working within a similar position in a retail or commercial environment and hold the following qualifications:
* CSCS Card
* Full UK Driving Licence
SALARY/BENEFITS
* £32,622 per year (OTE £41,000)
* 33 days annual leave (including 8 bank holidays)
* Company Van
* (including on call - 1 in 4 per annum, including on call every 1 in 4 weeks
* Tools and uniform
