Are you an organised and customer-focused professional with an interest in beauty and cosmetic products? A leading supplier of cosmetic ingredients is looking for a Retail Client Administrator to support their growing client base and sales operations from their Sittingbourne office.
What you'll be doing:

Acting as a key contact for retail and brand clients, handling order queries, product information, and account updates
*
Processing client orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring stock availability and timely delivery
*
Liaising with internal departments such as logistics, regulatory, and formulation to ensure seamless service
*
Maintaining client records, updating pricing and product details, and generating administrative reports
*
Assisting with sample requests, returns, and customer feedback to support commercial and technical teams
What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a customer service, admin, or sales support role-ideally in cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
*
Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using internal order management or CRM systems
*
Interest in cosmetic ingredients, formulations, or beauty industry trends is a plus
