Manage the requirements backlog, ensuring all requirements are documented, prioritised, and tracked throughout the project lifecycle. Analyse and document existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Design and model new or improved business processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals. Work with stakeholders to validate and gain approval for new process designs. Act as a primary liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams. Communicate business requirements and process changes effectively to all stakeholders.
