We are the team that gets people moving again. While our drivers are out on the road, you are the one making it all happen. You will be the central link between stranded motorists, major motoring organizations, and our fleet of recovery drivers.

The Role
As a Controller, you are responsible for the logistics of our fleet. You need to ensure the right truck gets to the right location at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dispatching: Allocate jobs to drivers efficiently using our dispatch software (e.g., Apex, Turbo, or similar), considering vehicle type, driver location, and traffic conditions.
2. Customer Support: Answer inbound calls from distressed customers and motoring clubs (AA, RAC, Green Flag, etc.).
3. Problem Solving: React quickly to changesdriver delays, traffic jams, or urgent police requestsand re-route resources as needed.
