Responsibilities
 * Attend project start‑up meetings and manage all mechanical aspects, delivering the project on time and within budget.
 * Familiarise yourself with all project details and specifications.
 * Collate and issue technical submittals, ensuring they are followed through until approval.
 * Maintain weekly progress reports, reporting and managing any changes or variations.
 * Liaise with main contractors and the client‑based site team.
 * Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment.
 * Ensure adequate materials are always available to complete the project.
 * Implement and monitor construction and commissioning programmes on site.
 * Manage the K&M handover process and maintain the K&M Document Management System.
 * Deliver project‑specific scheduling as required.
 * Attend meetings with sub‑contractors to ensure on‑time delivery.
 * Attend general site meetings and act on any points raised.
 * Communicate any innovative project‑specific works to the Contracts Manager (R&D).
Qualifications
 * Extensive experience in a Mechanical Project Manager or similar role.
 * Successful track record of delivering large‑scale projects.
 * Qualification in Construction or Project Management is preferred.
 * Experience supervising teams.
