The role of Clerical Assistant will involve: Working as a business support administrator acting as a pivotal point of support for all internal departments, inputting information, creating documents, scanning. Supporting the department with progressing of orders through the internal system and via email, creating delivery notes Covering front of house reception duties during lunch times, holidays, and busy periods - acting as first point of contact for all enquires both face to face and over the telephone.
