As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality, people-focused HR service across our organisation. Working closely with the Directors of People and the wider HR team, you will support the development of a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture. Your work will directly contribute to our vision of Transformation to Excellence by ensuring our people's policies, practices, and processes are effective,pliant, and supportive of staff wellbeing and development.
You will be a trusted advisor to our leaders and managers, providing expert guidance on a wide range of HR matters including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll andpliance. You will bring strong operational HR experience to the role, including investigations and hearings - disciplinary, grievance, capability, sickness, redundancy, settlement agreements & ideally TUPE aswell as being used to working with Trade Unions.
