You’ll be trusted to do your job well and left alone to get on with it. Most engineers finish by mid-afternoon. What you’ll be doing: The role covers breakdowns, diagnostics, and fault-finding on premium HVAC systems across luxury residential and high-end commercial sites. You’ll be working with clients who expect high standards, so precision, professionalism, and tidy work matter. There’s also scope to move into project work, design, or management if that’s of interest.
