Are you passionate about events and excited by the idea of working across product launches, brand activations, and luxury experiences for leading automotive clients?
We’re recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join a high-performing agency working with some of the most iconic automotive brands in the world – from mass market to luxury. The projects range from immersive driving experiences and media events to large-scale training programmes, and every day brings something new.
💼 What you’ll be doing
As part of the Event Planning team, you’ll support project managers across a variety of UK and international events. Your role will include:
* Coordinating logistics and pre-event planning
* Researching venues and suppliers
* Managing guest lists and event communications
* Working closely with internal teams and freelancers
* Supporting onsite delivery and operations
* Maintaining timelines, rooming lists, transport schedules and more

📍 Location & Working Pattern
This is a hybrid role based out of Banbury, Oxfordshire. You’ll need to be in the office three days per week, including Tuesdays and Thursdays. During your probation period, the role is full-time in the office to support onboarding and development.
💰 Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 depending on experience
