A leading global consultancy is seeking an Oracle FCCS Manager to join its enterprise performance management practice. The role focuses on the delivery of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) solutions, supporting major financial services organisations in navigating complex consolidation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
This opportunity is well-suited to an experienced consultant with strong hands-on delivery expertise, client-facing skills, and the ability to lead project teams within large-scale transformation programmes.
Role Overview
As an Oracle FCCS Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end implementation projects, guiding solution design, overseeing configuration, and managing teams to ensure high-quality delivery. You will work closely with senior finance and technology stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and helping organisations optimise their consolidation and close processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead full lifecycle Oracle FCCS implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support
* Translate complex accounting and consolidation requirements into scalable Oracle FCCS designs
* Configure metadata, data models, workflows, business rules, and reporting hierarchies
* Define and manage testing strategies, ensuring solutions meet business and compliance needs
* Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support to drive adoption
* Manage delivery across both onshore and offshore teams, ensuring quality and alignment with timelines
* Build trusted client relationships, serving as a key contact for stakeholders throughout engagements
What You’ll Bring
* Proven track record of at least two end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementations
* Strong technical and functional understanding of financial consolidation, reporting, and close processes
* Experience in chart of accounts, data model design, and intercompany eliminations
* Ability to manage projects across multiple workstreams in complex client environments
* Prior consulting experience or transformation programme leadership within large organisations
* Familiarity with other Oracle EPM tools (e.g., Planning, ARCS) is desirable
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
