Electrical Project Manager / HV Delivery Manager Competitve salary + Company Car + Bonus Permanent A well-established UK engineering contractor delivering high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager / HV Delivery Manager to join its growing Delivery team in the Northwest. With a strong pipeline of work across switchgear upgrades, transformer replacements, and new grid connections, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of complex programmes while leading a skilled delivery team within a business known for quality and reliability. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the successful delivery of programmes of work involving HV/LV switchgear and transformer upgrades up to 33kVOversee new grid connections and associated civil worksManage full project lifecycle from design through to commissioning and handoverMaintain financial and commercial control across multiple projectsAct as the primary client interface for project delivery and technical mattersProduce and review project specifications, drawings, and technical documentationProvide line management, leadership, and mentorship to delivery team membersEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standardsSupport wider business functions and contribute to team growthEssential RequirementsIndustry-recognised project management qualification (PRINCE2, APM or equivalent)Electrical qualifications or completed apprenticeshipMinimum of 7 years' experience within the electrical or HV industryAt least 2 years' experience in a managerial or leadership roleStrong knowledge of electrical distribution networks and substation construction up to 33kVProven experience managing projects from concept through to completionStrong commercial awareness and organisational skillsWillingness to travel and work away from home when requiredFull UK driving licenceWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary (£60,000-£70,000)Company carDiscretionary bonusPermanent role within a growing delivery teamOpportunity to lead complex HV infrastructure projectsLong-term career progression within the power and utilities sectorApply Now If you are an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong HV background and leadership experience, we'd like to hear from you.
