In this role, you will be delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance within domestic settings, primarily working with social housing and local authority residents. Key Responsibilities Repairs & Maintenance: Carry out plumbing repairs and planned maintenance within domestic properties. Multi-Skilling: Demonstrate competence beyond your core trade, assisting with minor building work, drainage, and occasional groundworks where required.
