The University of Cambridge is recruiting two new HR Organisational Change Consultants to support the delivery of organisational change across Cambridge University. This is a great opportunity to join a newly established team within the Central HR Division.
This is an exciting time to join our team as you will help ensure that change plans, processes and implementation activities are inclusive, legally compliant and aligned with the University's academic and operational priorities and People Strategy.
The Role
As an HR Organisational Change Consultant at Cambridge University, you will work collaboratively to provide specialist support and advice on organisational change across the University. The role will work closely with senior managers and HR teams on change programmes in School Departments, Non-School Institutions (NSIs) and the Unified Administrative Services (UAS), supporting the University in its drive to deliver improvements in effectiveness, efficiencies, culture and organisational performance.
About You
* Significant experience of managing organisational change in a large, complex environment;
* Experience of providing advice on employment law, change management methodologies, and best practices in HR;
* Familiarity with Equality Impact Assessments and inclusive change planning;
* Experience of managing sensitive and complex consultations (formal and informal) and engagement with trade unions and multiple stakeholders;
* Ability to quickly build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and team members;
* Strong organisational skills with project management experience including managing and delivering multiple priorities with competing deadlines;
* Ability to analyse and interpret data and information;
* Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills to a wide range of audiences;
* A track record of fostering inclusive and transparent processes that support wellbeing and equity.

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 3 years in the first instance.
