Our client, one of the largest independent estate agencies and chartered surveyors in Norfolk, is seeking a motivated Graduate Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate surveyor to launch their career in a supportive environment while working on a diverse range of rural property projects.
Position Overview
As a Graduate Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive property services to the agency's rural clients, including valuations, environmental stewardship, grant applications, and property sales and lettings. You will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining valuable experience and contributing to the success of the rural property team.
Responsibilities
* Conduct valuations of rural and residential properties
* Assist with environmental stewardship and grant applications
* Prepare farm business tenancy agreements and grazing licences
* Support the sales and letting of rural properties
* Handle compensation claims and rural planning matters
Requirements
* RICS accredited degree or working towards one
* Strong rural background with practical agricultural understanding
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Proficient in computer applications
* Full UK driving licence and own transportation
