Head RVN – Brighton
The Role
Lead in a well-established, two-vet practice with a strong community focus. You will be stepping into a leadership role where your voice matters and your contribution is valued. You’ll have the opportunity to help develop the nursing team, influence protocols, and shape the nursing side of the practice as you grow into the role. Clinical coaching experience is a bonus, but not essential — what matters most is your passion and team spirit.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the veterinary nursing team within a community-focused practice.
* Influence nursing protocols and contribute to the growth of the clinic’s nursing service.
* Support a case load that balances consults and surgery, ensuring high standards of care.
* Collaborate with the Practice Manager and wider team to maintain exceptional client relationships and continuity of care.
The Clinic
The clinic is well-equipped with digital and dental X-ray, ultrasound, an in-house laboratory, dedicated theatre and kennels. The workload offers a satisfying balance of consults and surgery, with the autonomy to shape the nursing role as you settle into the position.
The Package
* Excellent salary of £35,000

Work-Life and Schedule
Excellent work-life balance with a 40-hour working week, no out-of-hours or bank holiday responsibilities, and just 1 in 3 Saturday mornings. Shifts are consistent to allow time to enjoy Brighton outside of work.
