Job Title: Safety Engineer Salary range: £40,000 to £60,000 per annum Location: Burton upon Trent Working Pattern: We operate a flexible hybrid working pattern at Frazer-Nash, with time split between the office, client sites and working from home. Closing date for this role is 30th April but we would encourage early applications. The Energy Business Unit is a vibrant and growing area with a focus on delivery of high-quality expertise and services across multiple sectors and development of staff and tools to operate within highly regulated industries. In particular, the Energy Assurance unit provides significant support to the Civil Nuclear Sector deploying engineering and safety case skills across Decommissioning, Fusion, Generation and New Build areas. Additionally support is also provided to the transport sector and we are looking to build upon this success and grow our offering. It is an exciting time across all these sectors. Frazer-Nash Consultancy are looking to bolster this team with talented individuals to continue to develop our service delivery and increase our support to the nuclear market. At Frazer-Nash we care, and the work we do makes a difference in the world. We have an established Safety Engineering Capability, working from our offices across the UK. We continue to see significant demand for this capability as our markets expand across a range of challenging and strategic programmes delivering the UKs Net Zero, transport and next generation defence commitments. As such, an opportunity exists to join an established safety team with a substantial safety capability, which we seek to expand further. This role is for a prospective Safety Engineer Practitioner to join the team to deliver safety assurance support to our broad client base. This opportunity is initially at a junior level, to develop capability which can either lead to specializing in a given sector or discipline or develop a multi-sector safety capability and growing to a senior role over time. If you a driven, self-starting engineer and are excited about the prospects of working on high profile, strategic infrastructure projects across a range of sectors, please apply.
