What You Will Do: • Support the definition of vehicle dynamics attribute targets, ensuring the delivery of exceptional ride, handling, and steering performance. • Facilitate testing, tuning, and parts integration plans to meet the company’s high standards. • Cascade and transact vehicle dynamics requirements across system and component teams. • Demonstrate vehicle performance status against targets to stakeholders and customers. • Manage and deliver technical projects while supporting senior engineers in achieving key objectives. • Gain hands-on experience across multiple vehicle dynamics disciplines, enhancing your expertise. What You Will Bring: • A strong understanding of vehicle dynamics fundamentals and a keen interest in cars and driving. • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with a detail-focused approach. • Awareness of vehicle dynamics development methods, including subjective and objective evaluation. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. • A degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Aeronautical, or other relevant engineering disciplines. • Some experience tuning road vehicles, subjective evaluation and demonstrable proving ground experience is desirable (or experience of track driving).
