Are you highly organised, great with people, and passionate about delivering high-quality care? We're looking for an experienced Care Coordinator/Scheduler to join a well-established and reputable home care provider supporting clients across the community. If you enjoy keeping things running smoothly and love knowing that your work makes a real difference, this could be the perfect role for you! As the Scheduler, you’ll be the heart of the care coordination team — making sure clients receive reliable, high-quality support from the right Care Professionals at the right time. Your day-to-day will include: Creating and managing care schedules that put people first. Preparing weekly rotas and handling any last-minute changes with a smile. Matching Care Professionals and clients based on compatibility and continuity. Keeping in touch with clients, families, and the care team to make sure everything runs smoothly. Updating the scheduling system with accurate information. Supporting new Care Professionals with onboarding and ongoing training. Working with the wider team to keep all care packages fully staffed and well organised. What We’re Looking For Experience in scheduling, rostering, or coordination — ideally in home care, healthcare, or another fast-paced setting like logistics. Confident using IT systems (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM platforms). Naturally organised, calm under pressure, and great at problem-solving. Friendly communicator who enjoys building positive relationships. A team player with strong attention to detail and a “can-do” attitude. Why You’ll Love This Role Join a supportive, caring, and forward-thinking home care provider. Enjoy a varied and rewarding role where no two days are ever the same. Access ongoing training and career development opportunities. Be part of a team that truly makes a difference in people’s lives every day.
