 
        We are looking for a Senior Development Manager to work closely with the Head of Development, Performance, and Analytics in shaping and driving strategy across our Optimise, Evolve, and Grow agendas. In this role, you will help deliver the Optimise agenda, using data, performance management, and analytics to drive continuous improvement and embed our Better Never Stops culture. You will also support the Evolve agenda, contributing to transformational programmes, operating model reviews, and future-focused initiatives such as ESG and circularity. Additionally, you will play a key role in the Grow agenda, partnering with colleagues to expand Sofa Delivery Co as a successful third-party logistics (3PL) provider, focusing on new business, customer performance, and profitable growth. This is a pivotal position in delivering our 4-year strategy, combining operational excellence with long-term strategic development, while ensuring we continue Delivering Moments That Matter for our customers. What you'll be doing ● Drive the business-wide performance and analytics agenda, ensuring data and insights inform operational excellence and strategic decision-making. ● Develop, implement, and maintain performance measurement frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor and enhance operational delivery. ● Leverage analytics to uncover improvement opportunities and ensure all initiatives elevate the customer experience, aligned with our Delivering Moments That Matter promise. ● Champion a culture of continuous improvement and learning, inspiring teams to adopt and embed the Better Never Stops mindset across the organisation. ● Lead transformational programmes and initiatives aligned with our 4-year strategy, including operating model reviews, sustainability, ESG, and circularity. ● Provide strategic leadership, planning, and execution of complex, cross-functional programmes, delivering transformative change and measurable business value while keeping the customer experience central — Delivering Moments That Matter. ● Oversee multiple projects or workstreams, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives, governance standards, and stakeholder expectations. ● Translate strategic objectives into actionable programme plans, roadmaps, and performance metrics. ● Manage interdependencies, risks, and project interconnections to ensure cohesive and timely delivery. ● Support commercial modelling to ensure new customer propositions drive sustainable, profitable growth. ● Design and maintain standard operating procedures to optimise operations and supporting functions. ● Analyse complex operational and financial data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Support Delivery of Grow – Expanding into 3PL ● Contribute to the growth strategy to establish Sofa Delivery Co as a successful third- party logistics (3PL) provider. ● Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to monitor, analyse, and optimise customer performance. ● Support QBRs and formal customer interactions, providing insights and recommendations. ● Design and implement scalable solutions that enable growth while embedding a Better Never Stops approach in processes and delivery.
