Job Description
3. Provides excellent customer service by establishing the customer's needs, working efficiently and productively to plan and implement the agreed schedule of work.
4. Attends site to survey and assess the design requirements.
5. Compiles technical quotes in line with the relevant standards and utilising the company standard pricing tools (build sheets) to ensure the correct margins are achieved.
6. Optimises the conversion rate from quote to orders by liaising with customers.
7. Collaborates with sub-contractors, Regional Operations Managers and FSM's to organise and arrange completion of works.
8. Maximises the use of the company ERP system.
9. Communicates frequently with customers to ensure that they are kept up to date with the project.
10. Develops and maintains strong professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure we deliver on time and to the highest standards.
11. Raises purchase orders for subcontractors and parts.
12. Monitors shipped parts to engineers or subcontractors on the company ERP.
13. Invoice customers and follow up.
14. Ensures any post-completion issues are resolved promptly.
15. Prepare regular progress reports for management and maintain accurate project records.
16. Upholds health and safety requirements, always working in a safe manner, with the correct PPE, uniform and equipment required for the assigned work.
17. Liaises with QHSE Manager for quality audit purposes and monthly health and safety Toolbox Talks.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Small Works Delivery Co-Ordinator should have:
19. Experience in installing or Co-Ordinating Fire Safety Systems.
20. A solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
21. Strong organisational and time management skills.
22. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
23. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
24. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
