Join Amazon's Construction Execution team as an entry‑level Construction Manager. You will support defined‑scope construction projects for delivery stations and fulfillment centers across EMEA, assisting in planning, execution, and delivery of projects or supporting portions of more complex projects.
This role offers structured learning opportunities while contributing to Amazon's infrastructure expansion.
The position is based in the UK with 50% of the time traveling either domestically within the country or to other EMEA countries, offering an opportunity to work in multiple EU cultures.
Key Responsibilities
* Support planning and execution of construction projects across EMEA.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
* Track project budgets, monitor costs, and identify potential risks.
* Conduct on‑site construction meetings and compile comprehensive project updates.
* Assist in site due diligence, design development, and permit application processes.
* Coordinate technical design reviews and maintain pre‑construction documentation systems.
* Learn and implement construction best practices and industry standards.
* Contribute to project documentation and reporting processes.

Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience using Microsoft Office.
* Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.
* Knowledge of advanced English at CEFR level B2/C1.
* Experience planning, managing, and delivering customer‑focused documentation across multiple teams.
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of project management tools.
* Knowledge of building codes and safety compliance.
* Knowledge of additional languages such as French, German, Polish, Arabic, Portuguese, Turkish, Chinese (Mandarin), Afrikaans, and Zulu is considered a plus.
