Job Description:
We’re Enterprise Mobility. A family-owned, world-class portfolio of brands that includes household names such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car. With a $35 billion turnover and nearly 90,000 team members across 95 countries, we’ve grown from a pioneering idea over 65 years ago, to the global mobility leader we are today.
Join us, and as an award-winning employer, we will offer you the freedom to explore your potential and progress in your career. After an initial virtual orientation, you’ll be assigned to a branch for hands-on training, learning valuable business skills from experienced mentors, many of whom started as graduates in our Management Training Programme.
This program provides comprehensive training in management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service. As you advance, you can choose to continue your ascent within our Rental Operations managerial track or explore other areas such as Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, and more.
We prioritize diversity and have received numerous recognitions, including inclusion in The Times Top 50 Employers for Women, Stonewall’s Top 100 LGBT Employers, Disability Confident Leader, Social Mobility Employer Index, and Race Equality Responsible Business Champion by BITC.
Our CEO, Chrissy Taylor, is from the third generation of the family that owns Enterprise, ensuring long-term stability and a focus on the future.
Responsibilities
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will make key business decisions, develop new business, maintain relationships, and understand cost control and profit and loss statements. You will learn to deliver exceptional customer service, communicate effectively, influence, and interact with customers, vendors, and colleagues. You’ll develop sales, problem-solving, and conflict management skills, and learn to mentor and manage staff, with opportunities for promotion and pay increases.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but relevant professional experience can be considered. You must hold a full manual UK driving license, with accommodations available for applicants with disabilities. No drug or alcohol-related offenses on your driving record in the last five years are permitted.
