The Company
Our client is a market-leading engineering company. Due to new business, they require a Planner.
The Role
* Plan and coordinate maintenance and engineering activities.
* Maintain efficient performance and ensure engineering product availability.
* Support company planning, including materials, engineering capabilities, and timelines.
* Order stock and forecast spares issues.
* Ensure health and safety documentation is up to date.
* Support work order closure when technical issues arise.
* Create and maintain master data.
* Provide general support to the business, helping to resolve issues and handling ad-hoc requests.
The Person
* Strong understanding of planning and inventory management is required.
* Engineering knowledge would be beneficial.
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
* A level (or equivalent) business qualification or proven work experience in a similar role.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge and experience working with Supply Chain KPIs.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Customer-oriented mindset.
* Organizational and prioritization skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Analytical thinking capacity.
