We're looking for a dedicated Property Maintenance Operative to help us ensure our properties remain in excellent condition. You'll play a crucial role in providing safe and comfortable environments for our residents. If you enjoy problem-solving and taking pride in your workmanship, we want to hear from you! Main Job Duties and Responsibilities: Complete all maintenance jobs to a high standard including but not limited to: Joinery Doors, window, floors, skirting and architrave, kitchen repairs. Plumbing Toilet repairs and replacements, taps, leaks, blockages. Wall finishes tiling, plaster repairs and skimming, decoration. Minor electrical light bulb and tube replacement. Grounds fencing and paving. Void works repairs, clearance and cleaning For this position the successful candidate must hold a full driving licence.
