Responsibilities
* Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
* Supervise and train staff, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
* Support the culinary team in food production, ensuring consistency and quality.
* Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the management team to implement operational improvements.
* Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or culinary sectors is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
* Experience in bartending or culinary arts is advantageous.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent team management skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
