guest focused Sales Coordinator to join our incredible Sales
team at Pan Pacific London.

JOB SUMMARY
As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible
for assisting the Sales Team at Pan Pacific London ensuring an efficient office
coordination. Actively supporting the Sales Team in responding a business
enquiry you will play a significant role in developing and executing strategic
plans to achieve and exceed annual budget & strategic sales goals. Your
tasks as a Sales Coordinator will include but not be limited to:

Keeping up to
date with competitors’ products and services.
·
Ensure a smooth run of the sales
office’s day to day activities.
·
Data enter into Opera Sales &
Catering of contact retrieved from a sales trip or an exhibition for the Sales
Team.
·
Preparation of bi-weekly,
monthly, and quarterly corporate production reports.
·
Be able to
interpret financial reports and understand hotel KPIs
·
Assist the Sales Team in
arranging Business Trips helping with accommodation bookings, flights and
providing quotes as required by the procurement policy.
·
Arrange and
perform Competitor Site Inspections.
