They're looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager who will:
Lead high-impact marketing initiatives
Drive lead generation and customer engagement
Manage significant marketing budgets
Support franchise partners with tailored campaign assets
Oversee the full campaign lifecycle from strategy to execution
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies
Manage and execute campaigns for digital platforms and physical stores
Drive lead generation and optimise CPL and CPA
Track and report on campaign performance
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals
Essential Skills and Experience:
Proven track record in devising and executing marketing strategies
Experience in managing large marketing budgets
Expertise in lead generation using CRM platforms and analytics tools
Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for designing high-quality marketing materials
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2+ years of marketing manager experience
Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus
